This senior + family session in Kansas City was such a blast! We started in the Power & Light District on Main Street, went to the Liberty Memorial where we got some of my favorite images, and finished at an ivy wall in the Crossroads District.

I couldn’t believe Jade was willing to get up on a Sunday morning to meet me at 7:15am to get gorgeous morning light for her session, but I’m so glad she did! My ideal client is always up for a bit of an adventure, so she definitely fit the bill <3

Her mom called Jade her “flower child” and I can totally see why… just from the couple hours I spent with them I could tell that she has no trouble being truly herself at all times, not caring too much about what other people think. She was barefoot for much of the session and couldn’t help but be silly throughout our time together, sharing her fun-loving, free spirit with the world around her.

Congratulations to Jade for being so close to finishing out high school and I wish you all the best as you head into the world and experience all that life has to offer!
