I serve as a photographer for my beautiful home state of Colorado and I'd love to tell your love story. My goal is to connect family, friends, strangers and generations by creating captivating imagery that celebrates and preserves this special season of life.
For your family and friends who will be at your wedding: to help commemorate such an important day and include them in the behind-the-scenes story. And for those who aren’t able to make it: to share the narrative with them so they feel as though they were there! Even for strangers, to enjoy the beauty of your story and perhaps be inspired by pieces of it. For generations, so you can share the memory of this day with your children and grandchildren someday for generations to come.

The entire wedding party complimented her professionalism and their comfortability taking direction from her. There was not an awkward moment all day long and the pictures turned out INCREDIBLE! Her unique styling ideas and lighting expertise made for some of the most wonderful photos I've ever seen! The Engagement Session
Now it’s time to choose a date and a location for your engagements! This is one of my favorite times for us to get to know each other. No need to be nervous, I promise to guide you through the session and make you feel comfortable - it will be fun! I’ll send you some location ideas to help inspire you and determine one that will reflect your personalities, interests, and relationship, but I’m always up for an adventure or trying someplace new if you already have an idea of what you want! You’ll receive your Engagement Style Guide shortly after booking to help you plan what to wear and give you tips for looking and feeling your best for this experience. Within one week of the session, you’ll receive your online image gallery for download and sharing. You can order high quality prints from this gallery as well (great to be able to display at bridal showers and at the wedding!).

A few months before your wedding day, I’ll reach out with a planning questionnaire to make sure we’re completely on the same page for the big day! I love creating custom timelines for my couples at this point (or earlier if you're a planner and want to get it done) to make sure we plan enough time for photography during each important part of the wedding experience. I’m happy to work with your wedding planner on this if you are using one as well.

Gallery + Heirloom Albums
Shortly after the wedding, some favorite images will be featured on my blog and then a short time after that, you’ll receive your full gallery with all the high quality wedding images available for digital download, print orders, and sharing with friends and family.
If you request an album to be added to your package, I'll make an initial draft to which you can make up to 2 revisions of. And voila! Your Heirloom Album will be delivered to you to increase the value of your coffee table for years to come. You can even order “parent albums” which are smaller versions of the same one as thank you gifts to your parents for all the work they put into helping you plan and execute the wedding of your dreams!

Each wedding is unique, but each Kira Whitney couple typically invests between $4000-5000 in their photography experience. Each package with 8+ hours of coverage include a complimentary engagement session (with a 52 page Engagement Style Guide), a minimum of 600 edited, digital images from the big day, the Wedding Experience Guide to help you plan for elegant wedding images, and a custom blog post to help share your story.
