If you’re looking for a location in Colorado Springs where you can get great photos a bit earlier in the day than the mountain overlook spots, look no further than Fox Run Regional Park! This is a great spot for those summer sessions with little kids – when the sun sets at 8:30, but bedtime is usually between 7-8. Because I can diffuse the sun behind the trees, we can start several hours before sunset and still get beautifully lit photos (with happy kids!).

I always love photographing Jackie and Aaron and this session was no different. They are the sweetest couple and we’ve grown close from all the sessions we’ve done together over the years (most recently, their wedding!).
