Over the past couple weeks, the company I work with, Visit KC, partnered with the Mattie Rhodes Center in Northeast Kansas City for their Annual Back to School Rally where they provide students and parents with the supplies, information and resources they need to have a successful academic year. Our team of 45 provided 2,628 items (yes, we counted) and had the opportunity to distribute them to the families this past week at the rally! I was able to snap some photos throughout the process 🙂

If you’ve been following my work for a while now, you probably know that photographing events isn’t my passion (besides weddings of course). But telling a good story is, and this was a story worth telling.
