Gabi was one of the sweetest, most kind, mild-mannered girls I ever played volleyball with in my high school years. Never a negative word about others and so pleasant to be around, I was honored to finally meet her now-husband, Jon, and photograph their wedding last weekend in Colorado Springs!
Being a winter wedding at her family church, almost all of the images and festivities took place indoors, but I was thankful to have convinced them to brave the cold for at least a few photos of the two of them… seeing the snow on the ground and the sun streaming through the pines through my lens made my heart happier than I can describe! This was absolutely the best excuse to spend a few days back at home with my parents and I couldn’t be happier for this wonderful couple who are so obviously in love!
I’m so grateful to have played this part in their big day 🙂
