Burr Oak Woods & KC Country Club Plaza Winter Engagement Session | Jared & Annie
Burr Oak Woods Conservation area in Blue Springs, MO was the perfect backdrop for the majority of this outdoorsy couple’s engagement session! We ended in the Kansas City Country Club Plaza for a little variety, but spent most of our time out in the trees and fields. We were supposed to do their session on Sunday, but since there was an incoming snow storm that day, we moved it last minute to Saturday. As pretty as the snow would have been, I’m so glad we were able to make it happen early because the roads were so bad and they would have been Freezing the whole time!
Sometimes (lots of times here recently) I get so so lucky and get the chance to work with a couple who are truly ideal clients for me – this is one of those times! This sweet couple is not only outdoorsy (ceremony + reception both outdoors next year? YES PLEASE!), but also kind, joyful, down-to-earth, and adventurous.
So grateful to get to work with MY KIND OF PEOPLE 🙏🏻😁🤩✔️🔥
