Several years ago, I asked this family if I could photograph their newborn son, Hatcher, because I had never done a true newborn session (within two weeks of birth) before. I’m so thankful that since then I’ve had the opportunity to capture memories for them each year as their four beautiful children grow up. They have changed so much every time I get to see them, and it’s so fun to have the excuse to hang out with them here and there!

This is one of my “travel families,” as I lovingly call them. The families that live in other states and are so gracious to wait until I’m in town to schedule photo sessions with me each year. It’s such a blessing to have people that believe in me and value my work enough to do that! Not to mention they are an absolutely beautiful family, in appearances and in spirit <3
