After finding my work online, Austin called me last week to see if I could take some last-minute photos for him and his fiance for use in announcing their engagement to their friends! They got engaged in Kansas City on Wednesday, we did their session on Saturday and I made sure to return their edited images on Sunday so they didn’t have to wait any longer to share the big news! I can’t imagine waiting even that 4 days to tell the world about such an exciting event!! 

 If you read the title of this post, you would have seen that this lovely lady’s name is, in fact, Beauty. When I met her, I realized that it fit her perfectly as she is as kind-spirited as she is beautiful. It was such a joy to spend even such a short amount of time with these two and I’m so excited that they get to spend their futures together! 

I will say, Loose Park in Kansas City is many photographers go-to spot… but it is much less crowded in the winter and we got super lucky with a somewhat warm day so we had most of the park to ourselves for once! I’ve learned never to go on Prom weekend because the place is totally overrun with people!
