I’m not sure I would have believed you if you would have told me I would still be shooting photos in perfect weather with beautiful fall colors in the middle of November. Perhaps it’s just the Colorado girl in me that is still so surprised by this, but Kansas really came through for us this weekend! While the name is a bit odd, Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park in Lenexa, KS was a perfect backdrop for this session.
It has been so fun to start getting to know Betsy and Andrew over the last few months. They are in our young adult group at our church in Olathe, and swapping life stories is such a good time each week. I was elated to meet their little dog, Bear, although I’m a little amazed we were able to get a few images where he looks like he is sitting still… that dog has ENERGY! Good thing I am a dog lover to the core 😀
